ABOUT OUR STICKERS:

Are your stickers waterproof?

  • Our shop carries 3 options: regular matte, weatherproof matte, and weatherproof gloss. 
  • Anything that is listed as ‘WEATHERPROOF’ is indeed waterproof.
  • Currently, we are doing a test stage if our weatherproof glossy stickers are dish washer safe.
  • Regular matte stickers, however, are not waterproof at all. They were designed specifically for planners, bullet journaling, scrapbooking, for collecting purposes, etc. It can essentially be placed anywhere that will remain dry. 

 

What’s the difference between the 3 options?

  • Regular Matte:
    • Colours are not as vibrant compared to our weatherproof options
    • Not waterproof
    • Cheaper alternative to fit everyone’s budget!
    • Can be difficult to peel off backing!
    • More delicate
  • Weatherproof Matte: (RECOMMENDED)
    • Matte finish
    • Waterproof
    • More vibrant compared to the regular matte
    • Overall quality is great
  • Weatherproof Gloss: (RECOMMENDED)
    • Laminated coating to make it more durable
    • Glossy finish
    • Waterproof
    • More vibrant compared to the regular matte paper
    • Overall quality is amazing

 

Are your stickers handmade?

  • Yes! All of our designs is our own. We make everything by hand, from sketching to cutting out the stickers ourselves using a special machine.

 

Do you do custom orders?

  • Currently, we do not offer custom designs or sizes in stickers, but it is something we are thinking in the near future!

Where do you ship?

  • We are now shipping internationally (some countries may be excluded)!

 

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Canada/USA - Free Shipping over $20 CAD
  •  International - Free Shipping over $35 CAD

When will my order be shipped?

  • Allow the KLND team approx. 2-4 business days for your products to be shipped as we are full-time students, so majority of our time will be occupied. However, that being said, we do try to ship orders as soon as we receive them, but delays may occur. Thank you so much and we appreciate you in advance! 
  • Mind you, letter mails may be delayed due to COVID-19.

 

How is my order being shipped?

  • The KLND team will personally put your products neatly on a pre-sanitized surface, and wrap it in a clear cellophane bag, tissue paper, and in an envelope.
  • To keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers, we do ship stickers by untracked letter mail, meaning it is stamp and will be sent to you by letter.
  • The untracked option means that there will be no way of knowing when your products will arrive or where exactly it is. The moment we ship out your products, it is completely out of our control.
  • We are currently working on offering a tracked shipping option very soon, but it will cost extra.
  • We thank you so much for being very patient in advance :)

 

What are the estimated delivery times?

  • By standard letter mail, according to Canada Post:
    • Canada: 2-4 business days
    • USA: 4-6 business days
    • International: 4-7 business days 
  • Due to COVID-19, delays may occur in the process, making the delivery dates extend up to 1-2 weeks, depending on Canada Post and as well as your country’s post office.
  • According to Canada Post, USA and International orders can be delayed up to 3 months due to COVID-19 and the holiday season! We are so sorry for the inconvenience. 

 

I never got my products in the mail and its way passed the estimated delivery dates!

  • We are very sorry for the inconvenience! Please note that we do not have a direct affiliation with the postal office so once your package is passed off to them, it is completely out of our control. If you do have any concerns please feel free to contact the KLND team via email or Instagram DM’s @kalondsgns, and we will do our best to help sort things out for you!

Oops! I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

  • Accidents do happen and this is completely normal! Please contact us via email or through Instagram DM’s @kalondsgns with your order number and the correct address you wish to change it to prevent any hassle.
  • Please do get in touch us as soon as possible as there is a chance that we have not shipped it out yet!

  • Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes and we are not responsible for any additional shipping charges as a result.

 

An item in my order was damaged in transit! What should I do?

  • Although we have no control on what happens to your package during the transit times, but please send us an email containing your full name, order number, and as well as a picture of your damage item at kalondsgns@gmail.comWe will do our best to get in contact with you as quickly as we can!

 

Do you guys accept refunds and/or exchanges?

  • No, we do not accept refund or exchanges.
  • Everything you purchase will be final sale.
  • However, our customer’s satisfaction is what we prioritize first, so if there are major concerns about your product(s), please do message us right away via email or Instagram DM’s @kalondsgns so we can do our best to help sort out any of your concerns!

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

  • Although we make our best efforts to avoid this, please message us as soon as possible so we sort things out for you right away!

  • Please note that we will not accept it if it has been ‘used’.
